Delivery Coverage
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Delivery Timeline
We ship every home-delivery order by India Post Parcel. Orders are handed to India Post within 2 working days of payment, and delivery then follows India Post's service standards. Estimated delivery, counted in working days (Monday–Saturday) from the day you order:
- Chennai: 2–5 working days
- Rest of Tamil Nadu: 2–7 working days
- Other states: 5–8 working days
Your estimated delivery dates are shown at checkout. Deliveries to villages served by a branch post office, and orders during festive seasons or India Post delays, may take longer.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin processing it for dispatch. You'll be able to track your order status under My Orders in your account.
Shipping Charges
Shipping is charged at India Post's official Parcel (Retail) postage for your parcel's weight and destination, plus GST, with no extra handling fee. A single product ships from:
- Chennai: ₹33
- Rest of Tamil Nadu: ₹77
- Other states: ₹85
Larger orders are packed together in one parcel and charged on its total weight. The exact shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Store pickup is free.
