5. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

You’ll receive a confirmation after placing an order. We may cancel for reasons like stock issues or fraud detection.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery in 3–7 business days.
• Free shipping above ₹999.

7. Returns & Refunds

All our products on our website are non-returnable but eligible for replacement under certain conditions. Please note that refunds are not available.

You are eligible for a replacement if:

• You have received a damaged product.
• The seal of the package is broken.
• The product is expired.
• The product is undeliverable for a long time.
• Received the wrong product.

We request a picture or video of the parcel being opened as proof of damage. Without an opening video, replacements will not be considered.

You will receive the new replacement in 5–7 working days from the date you raise a query.

8. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel the product until the package has not been shipped.

Once we have shipped your parcel, we will be unable to accept the cancellation request for any reason, as it will already be on the way to you.
