6. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

Once an order is placed, confirmation will be shared via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. MyOrganiks reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock unavailability, operational issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping is available across India.
  • Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days.
  • Free shipping may apply on orders above ₹999 (subject to change).

8. Returns & Replacement Policy

Due to the nature of personal care products, all items sold by MyOrganiks are non-returnable. Refunds are not available. However, we do offer replacements in genuine cases as outlined below.

Replacement may be approved if:

  • The product is damaged during transit
  • The package seal is broken at the time of delivery
  • The product received is expired
  • An incorrect product has been delivered
  • The parcel remains undelivered for an unusually extended period

To process a replacement request, an unboxing video or clear photographic proof showing the issue is mandatory. Requests without valid proof will not be considered.

Once approved, the replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days.

9. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.
